The evocative workspace of Forbes Global Property mediates a sublime blend of design-driven contemporary and classic elements. This space is inspired by the penthouse living of Fifth Avenue and the immersive ambience of a chic, hotel lobby. The client brief was to create a space reminiscent of an New York private club. What immediately came to mind was to create an exclusive establishment where people could gather to exchange ideas with whisky swirling in fine crystal glasses while enjoying a private dinner. The furnishing concept channelled a luxurious moody ‘club’ ambience.
